A leadership benefit for approved BDMs
During Phase 2, an approved BDM may receive a 5% override on eligible commission-generating activity across the qualifying network, subject to the official compensation plan, payment rules, exclusions and continued eligibility.
It does not mean 5% of deposits, all company revenue or every payment made by your network. The official Phase 2 plan will define exactly which eligible commission base is used.
